I'm really interested in this conference, in particular the morning session on the final day, which has a session on Web 2.0 technologies, and a separate session on blogs and RSS feeds.

When you are writing a post one of the formatting symbols above the box where you are writing looks (roughly) like a planet with a chain link on it. Play with that. Left click and past the link into it and click ok. For me it's a little inconsistant, sometimes I have paste again into the post.
